WGRC will only use your personal information to carry out its legitimate purposes, including, but not limited to:

- processing your application to become a member,}

We use Mail Chimp to send all of our newsletter. Due to new GDPR regulations we need your consent to store your data (Name and Email) on Mail Chimp in the US.

If you choose not to give your consent for your data to be stored on Mail Chimp you will not receive the newsletter however, these will also be published on our Facebook page.

Other Information

It is advisable that every WGRC member have their own insurance cover. WGRC will do their upmost to ensure the safety of their members and spectators however horses are easily frightened and unpredictable. For this reason, WGRC holds no responsibility for loss, damage or injury.

Horses and riders must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to train and compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety, pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids.
